Our program is designed to make you stronger.

Through a combination of strength, conditioning, and skill development, we enhance the way you look, feel, and perform.

We offer group training with a semi-private experience, personalised coaching, and a high-energy environment.

Each class is 60 minutes in length and is carefully structured to deliver your best workout, which includes:

  • WARM-UP: Increase mobility, activate key muscle groups, and mentally prepare for the work ahead.

  • STRENGTH & SKILL WORK: Build power, technique, and confidence.

  • CONDITIONING & ENDURANCE: Improve stamina, work capacity, and overall fitness.

We also offer Open Gym hours, providing you with the flexibility to refine your training and focus on the details that drive further progress. Your membership includes access to additional programming designed to enhance your skills, strength, and fitness, allowing you to train at your own pace and on your own time.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR FIRST SESSION

ARRIVAL + CHECK-IN

Arrive 10 minutes early to check in and get settled. Our team will be there to answer any questions, introduce you to the Train Gym culture, and get you ready to hit the floor.

WARM-UP

A structured, coach-led warm-up designed to prime your body and prepare you for the session ahead.

MAIN WORKOUT

Typically split into 2-3 components, our workouts combine strength, conditioning, and skill work to push your limits, build muscle, improve fitness, and enhance performance.

FINISH STRONG

After the session, take time to cool down, debrief with your coach, and discuss recovery, nutrition, or anything else you need to keep progressing toward your goals.
