What types of memberships do you offer?

We offer a range of flexible memberships to suit your training style:

̇• Unlimited Memberships – Train as often as you like each week.

Part-Time Memberships – Access a set number of sessions per month (8 sessions/month).

Casual Passes & Drop-ins – For occasional visits or visitors.

Foundational Memberships – Limited early-access offer with exclusive rates.

How does billing work?

All memberships are billed weekly via direct debit.

• Part-time memberships include a fixed number of sessions per calendar month (unused sessions do not roll over).

• You’ll receive confirmation and receipts via email.

Do you have contracts?

No, there are no lock-in contracts or periods.

What happens if I miss a session?

• For part-time memberships, missed sessions do not carry over to the next month.

• For unlimited members, you're free to attend as often as you like.

Can I upgrade or change my membership?

Absolutely. You can switch plans at any time, just give us 10 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.

How do I book into a class?

All classes must be booked via our FitBox app.

Do you offer a free trial or intro offer?

Yes, we offer a 3-day trial which can be booked through our FitBox App.

Are there any joining fees?

No, we don’t charge joining fees. Your first payment covers your membership — that’s it.

What’s included in my membership?

Unlimited access to our full group training timetable — high-energy, coach-led sessions designed to build strength, endurance, and results.

Structured programming — purpose-built by expert coaches to ensure progress, variety, and long-term results.

Access to premium equipment — our facility is outfitted by Rogue Fitness, with top-tier conditioning tools and specialty gear you won’t find in a standard gym.

Extras programming — from skill sessions to recovery work, you’ll have access to bonus training pathways to level up beyond the daily class.

Open gym access — Space and time for you move, train and complete any extras you need to make you better

What should I bring to class?

Just bring a water bottle, a towel, and comfortable training attire. We’ll handle the rest — equipment, coaching, and the energy to get you moving.

Can I train if I’m injured or returning from time off?

Absolutely. Our coaches will work with you to modify movements and adjust programming to suit your current condition, safely and effectively.
